Mercy Law Resource Centre CLG is registered as:

• An Independent Law Centre with the Law Society of Ireland.
• A Charity with the Revenue Commissioners (CHY No: 18698) and with the Charities Registration Authority (Charity Registration No: 20072254)
• A Company Limited by Guarantee and not having share capital with the Company Registration office  (Co. Reg. No: 4710712).

MLRC is governed by a Board of Directors who meet with the Managing Solicitor six times per year. The Managing Solicitor presents a report to the Board on the Centre’s activity in the period including case work, policy work, befriending, training, compliance, finance and plans for the future development of the Centre. In between Board meetings the Managing Solicitor and other team members meet with the Board sub-committees, comprising the Finance & Risk Committee and Policy Committee.
