Our legal services are limited and focused on a small number of priority areas. We mainly help in situations of:
1. Unlawful refusals of access to emergency accommodation
2. Unlawful refusals of access to the social housing list
Mercy Law focuses on cases where legal action is required. Some cases may require individuals to take initial steps themselves or to contact other support organisations first before we can get involved. We are a small organisation with limited resources and are not always able to provide general legal advice or representation outside of these priority areas. Please note we cannot assist with social housing maintenance and repairs issues.
